@alpinecasey @ThrillaRilla369 I actually think it was changing the mortgage underwriting rules. It’s used to be only 1 income could be used to qualify and when they allowed 2 it’s increased the borrowing power of a couple and price, size etc increased to where it is today

@Keithnell @drewjay Referees have no accountability? Every decision they make is watched, in slow motion high definition. If decisions we made in our jobs were derisively critiqued by those with less training and absolutely no accountability, we might say something occasionally.

@jacksonemery04 I get that but I’m not convinced NBA Ball domination will work in college. Easy to scheme and guard if you can get guys to play hard. Obviously if you all can make shots it might work but hasn’t seemed consistent.

@Keithnell NBA style offense is not really about ball movement as it is ball domination by a few players and trying to get them to their spots.
Also, didn’t help that not many guys stepped up consistently.

BYU has struggled with defense most of the year. But they had the depth and talent early on to overcome it.
When you lose the talent and depth, then you have to be more effective defensively. That just didn’t happen down the stretch to end the season. Plus, size hurt them.

Former PAC-12 reporters continue to struggle to understand that Arizona joined a conference that is populated by a majority of central time zone colleges.
They aren’t going to move it to accommodate the newer schools. It is what it is.

This drives coaches crazy: AJ has the rebound, Houston rakes his arms, the ball loose, no call, basket for Houston. On the other end, BYU simply competes for a rebound, gets smacked with a foul. Consistency is the great bane of officiating. #BYUBASKETBALL

@erc95 There is no doubt this isn’t good for the young men remeber these aren’t minors they are all 18 and if you are going take away rights there has to be bargaining. I just don’t understand why if you want to restrict students you don’t restrict coaches and AD’s as well?

@Keithnell That’s totally fair. I guess I just think continuity for a young kid who is still developing as a human and uber impressionable is invaluable.
I would also add exceptions to the “good start” like a free pass to transfer if your coach leaves.

@JimmyRex I think there is a time limit without congressional approval and they seem to grant that instead of declaring war. I wish they would declare war becuase then they know the end game is to win!!

@collinsworth55 I don’t agree with Ramsey that all debt is bad but when everyone else’s answer is leverage everything there is a pretty good sense of being bullet proof to big down turns when your house is paid off. Go back to 08/09 and many who were using leverage were caught in the trap
