Busy first session of the week: 32 essentials food parcels. 75 people supported in 4 hours. A gentle reminder: #dignity must be experienced, not just stated. Please donate food you’d serve to family or friends - not expired, opened or damaged items. Care and compassion matter.

Spending time in-store @Morrisons Perth this week, talking with customers and sharing our #foodbankstory, was a reminder of something important: #peoplecare. In just a couple of hours, #kindness, #compassion and #solidarity were everywhere.

As #FoodbankFriday comes to a close, here’s a truth from this week that feels important to sit with. This week we distributed 85 food parcels, supporting 128 adults and 59 children — 187 people across Perth and Kinross.

Huge thanks to the congregation of Carse of Gowrie Kirk! Sheena dropped off a car full of donations today -quickly weighed, sorted & stored by our Thursday warehouse #volunteers. With #donations dipping at this time of year, support like this makes a real difference. Thank you😍
