@Morrisons Is your email broken? emailed on the 12th of May and it said "We will either give you a ring or reply to your message within the next 2-3 days". I stated calling was not appropriate and I now have a 2nd reference number and no actual reply.reply is not in spam

@Morrisons Our family spent over 800 a month at morrisons airdrie store until last year when my daughter received a ticket for a petrol drive off, which morrisons and the camera company all passed the buck, I got nowhere, we will never be back in your store, it was a faulty system at pump

First breakfast at @Morrisons in a long time and my lord what a horrible meal it was, food had clearly been sat out for ages, bacon rock solid, overcooked eggs and like warm hash browns, won’t be having another one again, and feeling sick after it.

@Morrisons hey I’m really not happy spent over £90 on my food shopping on Sunday and half of my food is off despite having a date of 22nd Morrisons and has obvious mould on my fruit and onions are defiantly out of date. Why is this? I come to Morrisons for more value for my money

Absolutely shocked that @Morrisons sold me expired @Aptamil baby formula that expired on 02/07/25. My 1-year-old daughter has since suffered diarrhoea and a severe nappy rash. How does expired baby milk remain on shelves? This is a serious food safety issue involving infants.

@Morrisons The quality of your 60p carrier bags is terrible! They’ve both ripped their tops off after 5 minutes, shopping went all over the ground and the milks popped. I look forward to your comments.

A fridge door in chiller section that fronts onto main isle has been missing for several months. I have previously raised in store some months ago and was told it would be fixed and it hasn’t.

@Morrisons this fridge door in your Widnes branch has been broken for months. I’ve previously complained in store quite some time ago but nothing has been done! Its design is not open front please fix it! @HaltonBC

@Morrisons hi! I have bought chicken from your store and wanted to cook it for lunch… it stinks so bad! I am disabled it will be tricky to bring it back plus your staff is pretty rough in that store - scared to approach them tbh. What can I do please?
