@DrSBroadberry We took our boys to Athens last Easter and it blew us away! We walked about 20k steps every day just exploring the city and its hills.

Our new national survey has found strong public support for diversity in health and social care research:
🔹88% say a diverse mix of participants in research is important
🔹70% say it’s important even if it cost more money

@Shireling89 Hey lovely! I had a similar episode recently after a virus. I found breathing exercises quite helpful. We have some free apps through work but I'm sure you can google/YouTube some. I do hope it settles soon x

Anyone got tips for managing heart rate? Had #tachycardia for (at least) 3 weeks. HR peak 172 stood, avg 110 rest.
-signed off work, postponed anything i can
- housework abandoned
- no caffeine
- reduced sugar
- lying down seems to help
- plenty of fluids.
