@virginmedia The service page is fine but when I run a test it says 'Sorry we are unable to run test right now'. I've now been waiting 1 hour to be transferred to agent via Live Chat. Heavy rain = WiFi down.

@shawgareth Hi Gareth. The fountain in pond at Walpole Park is off and covered in weed. The fish are gasping as not enough oxygen in water which fountain would help. Please can you look into this. Video from yesterday. Thanks
