I stand by the President’s actions taken in defense of our national security interests in the Middle East. But we must be clear-eyed about history and the Constitution. While I support maintaining our readiness and replenishing stockpiles, I cannot support funding for further military operations without a formal declaration of war from Congress. deseret.com/opinion/2026/0…

Jury trials don’t work because they are no longer trials of our justice-minded peers, but rather ethnic headcount’s that are determined by the in group preferences of the jurors Particularly, black and Hispanic jurors show a notable tendency to side with their ethnic group against the evidence of the case is an interracial one

Been researching DC juries this morning. Did you know that DC has a specific school curriculum which is mandatory from 6th to 12th grade which trains them in civic participation including juries? Students are taught how to look past the actual crime and evaluate all charges through "root causes" and equity. There's no chance of a favorable conviction in DC.
