This gives Pakistan sovereign, unbreakable blockchain infrastructure, including a national messenger app, that could shield government and potentially sensitive communications from Western oversight, right as anti-U.S. sentiment boils over. In a country with documented proliferation risks, surveillance overreach, and now open violence against U.S. diplomatic sites, providing liquidity and capital to ICP through your platform directly funds tech that undermines U.S. national security interests. Coinbase has a responsibility to U.S. users and allies. Delist ICP immediately, stop trading, stop enabling its sale, and send a clear message that you won’t profit from tools that could aid adversaries in unstable regions amid active crises.

🚨Since DFINITY hasn’t officially confirmed that this proposal (Mission 70: Reduce Dissolve Delays and Staking Rewards on $ICP) was posted by them, and Dominic announced an X Space early next week, I’ll refrain from voting until we get proper clarification. PS: Over the past few months, several fake proposals have been posted on the NNS. It would really help if the team could notify the community every time they publish a new proposal, to avoid confusion.

For the record: DFINITY did NOT submit motion proposal 140600. While the text draws heavily from the Mission 70 whitepaper, changes to voting and node rewards should be bundled into one coherent package 📦
