@darrenabrown @PublicHealthW So much to do. There is a definite sequence for patient recovery. As a well-researched long hauler, I feel and see the patient voice is but a whisper. Until LH voice is AT THE TABLE as resources are created - the frustrating hit and miss will continue.

I feel like the @PublicHealthW COVID Recovery app for #LongCOVID still doesn’t get it. Exercise is not a cure all. This type of messaging can be so harmful and remains insidious in many responses to Long COVID. Our activist work is not done by a long shot. There’s much to do.
