Filoni pushes things way further into new territory than any Star Wars creator since Lucas
The Mancalorians@themancalorians
What’s your most controversial Star Wars opinion? 👀
English

@jawja987 @jackunheard Jordan Neely was killed and he didn’t even push anyone. And his murderer was allowed to go free.
English

@mordorgeist It’s too bad that we never had any other content about the stuff in Deceived before now in other media. It’s a great story.
English

In preparation for another Jadus run, I am running my Sage through content while I am home on medical leave. I forgot how cool the #SWTOR Flashpoint "Secrets of the Enclave" was, definitely enjoyed again.
BTW did you ever go back into Aryn's shuttle and look around? Cool Right!?

@LiteraryExile @WiggerMaggot I love The Clone Wars, I grew up watching The Clone Wars, but it’s a mess. It’s halfway to being a straight anthology for how disconnected most of the arcs are and how rarely the main characters actually appear. Rebels is more focused and the characters develop smoother.
English

It’s actually tragic how I’ve heard this show is actually really good but it’s just so hideously animated that nobody can stand to watch it after watching Clone Wars

@LiteraryExile @WiggerMaggot One of their biggest mistake was killing off the grand inquisitor in season 1 before we even meet any of the other inquisitors who are ranked below him
English

@accipiter0 @WiggerMaggot The inquisitors in general are just shown to be failures over and over again. Not threatening in the least.
English

Just…no.
Clone Wars has many better moments throughout it and its arcs are much more well put together.
For most of the show, Rebels follows a very formulaic approach making episodes extremely predictable. Not to mention the fact that the most complex moral quandary the MCs face is should I be good or should I be bad.
English

@LiteraryExile @WiggerMaggot Even if that were true it would be a better ratio than TCW had
English

@TatooineSons People are acting like the "democratization of the force" is some new thing in the series. It's not.
English

@BadTwitupdates @WiggerMaggot I’d give Clone Wars more like 50-60% which admittedly is a wide range
English

@TatooineSons What are your thoughts on what they did with Luke in TROS?
English

@TatooineSons Challenging heroes and exploring failure isnt even the problem people have with Last Jedi.
English

Calling TLJ “not real Star Wars” because it dared to challenge heroes and explore failure isn’t just gatekeeping, it’s missing the point George Lucas made for decades.
Movies for kids can still be for adults too.
My guess is if you hate The Last Jedi, you would have hated The Empire Strikes Back too (if social media had been around to tell you how you were supposed to react to it).

@VarsityGamingTV I think it’s more likely that people are just tired of Siege atm
English

I know people will scream StEaM cHaRtS mEaNs NoThInG, but I find it insane we had higher player counts for season 1 than season 2.
Solid Snake was an insane crossover that brought lots of attention to Siege, but Ranked 3.0 was supposed to be the most anticipated update?
People keep saying it's because of Dokkaebi and Calypso Casino being unbannable, but I don't think that is nearly as impactful for the majority of the community. Maybe people are just waiting for the rank congestion to spread out?

Star Wars: The Acolyte creator Leslye Headland confirmed she would "absolutely" show up for more episodes if Disney gives the green light. bit.ly/4e6SUoq
