That's not the right question, you don't invest based on past profit. You invest based on expectations for future profit.
I don't know how much SpaceX is going to make over the next 5-10 years. But I suspect they'll be a lot more profitable now that they've raised a lot of capital to invest in the businesses.

Beyond that, a very revealing document. What did the war accomplish? The two main "achievements" cited here are reopening Hormuz (which was open before the war) and securing an Iranian promise, "in writing", not to build a nuclear bomb (which was literally in the first paragraph of the JCPOA)

But the primary reason for doing an MOU was to reopen Hormuz! If you still need "technical talks" to figure out how to reopen Hormuz, exactly how bare-bones is this deal?
Also, the more uncertainty there is around the status of the strait, the longer it's going to take to get traffic moving
