Imagine if there's one treatment to reverse all consequences of hyperinsulinaemia? Well, maybe there is. The Lifestyle Therapy Targeting Hyperinsulinaemia practised by @PeterCummings' team in Buffalo, NY is achieving just that. sciencedirect.com/science/articl…. Better than all medicines

The fact that no ANC leader finishes his term as President of South Africa should tell you how deep the rot is in that party. That party is rotten and corrupt to the core. Its next leader will also be corrupt. Yet it still got more than 6 million votes in the last election. Who are these people still voting for the ANC, letting us down? #economy #politics #markets

SHOCKING WHISTLEBLOWER: RN Kimberly Overton Exposes the TRUTH "Patients did NOT die of COVID. They were KILLED by hospital protocols — REMDESIVIR, VENTILATORS, and the denial of life-saving treatments. Ventilators are the new GAS CHAMBERS." "I worked ICU during the pandemic... I could not watch one more of my patients needlessly die due to DEADLY hospital protocols." No bodies piling up at homes or on streets — they were dying INSIDE hospitals from medical mismanagement and a corrupt system. This wasn't a virus. It was PROTOCOL MURDER.

Out of the entire supplement market, only six clear the evidence bar for cycling performance: caffeine, creatine, sodium bicarbonate, beta-alanine, dietary nitrate, and glycerol. Whitfield et al. (2026) ran a UCI-commissioned review and applied the Australian Institute of Sport framework. Three tiers: sound evidence, emerging, not supported. The six above are the entire Group A list. Each works on a different lever. Caffeine reduces perceived effort via the central nervous system. Creatine refills phosphocreatine for repeated sprints. Sodium bicarbonate buffers acid outside the cell; beta-alanine builds carnosine to buffer inside it. Nitrate cuts the oxygen cost of submaximal work. Glycerol holds fluid for long, hot events. Protocols from Table 2: Caffeine: 3-6 mg/kg, 1 hr pre. Creatine: 20 g/day for 7 days, or 3 g/day for 28. Sodium bicarbonate: 0.3 g/kg, 1-3 hr pre. Enteric capsules reduce GI side effects. Beta-alanine: 4-6 g/day for 4+ weeks. Slow-release tablets recommended. Nitrate: 8-16 mmol acute, 1.5-2 hr pre. Glycerol: 1.0-1.5 g/kg with 15-30 mL/kg water, 1-1.5 hr pre. Caveats. Most underlying research used trained men in cycling protocols (Tier 2-3). Nitrate has no ergogenic effect at VO2max above 65 mL/kg/min, and current literature doesn't support a positive nitrate effect in women. Contamination is its own risk: a 2022 review of 50 surveys found about 28% of products contained undeclared substances, and a 2025 Australian survey found 35% of 200 products contained WADA-banned compounds. Bottom line: short list, specific protocols, third-party testing matters. Huge thanks to Whitfield et al. for this work. A BOMBSHELL study of an ENTIRE COUNTRY (n=51 MILLION) confirms COVID shots induced VAIDS in EVERY age group. Vaccinated Koreans suffered a dose-dependent rise in the common cold, infections, pneumonia, and tuberculosis — up to +559%. BILL GATES spent over $100 MILLION on mRNA.

The World Health Organization is promoting the narrative of a very long incubation period of 3 to 6 weeks for Hantavirus. If they attempt to make it the next scamdemic, a long incubation period would give them the perfect excuse to lock people down! 🤔 Please don’t fall for it

U.S. AND U.K. ARE ACTIVELY PREPARING PLANS TO MASS VACCINATE POULTRY AGAINST H5N1 BIRD FLU Their leaky vaccines could contaminate our food supply, fuel dangerous mutations, and spark a human pandemic. This must NEVER be allowed to happen.
Nicolas Hulscher, MPH@NicHulscher

Right on cue for Moderna's bird flu mRNA injection funded by Bill Gates' vaccine cartel CEPI. Moderna just began injecting 4,000 adults in the U.S. and UK with their experimental H5N1 injection (mRNA-1018).

People freaked out 12 years ago when I told them to eat steak and put grass fed butter in their coffee. Because cholesterol. I wrote a New York Times bestseller explaining why cholesterol is not the cause of heart disease. People lost a ton of weight, were never hungry, and felt amazing. But they still worried in their smaller clothing. Because cholesterol. And now my buddy Nick just showed it’s possible to have cholesterol at 700 with no heart disease. Follow him. Follow any of the other thousands of physicians who m openly say this now. And if you’ve been following me, you’d have known this a decade ago. 😉
Nick Norwitz MD PhD@nicknorwitz

🚨New Paper: "Seven Years of 700 Cholesterol Without Coronary Atherosclerosis: A Lean Mass Hyper-Responder Case Report" Link: doi.org/10.3390/diseas… For the past 7 years, I’ve been running what is essentially a natural experiment in cholesterol and heart health. During that time, I’ve largely lived with: 👉Total cholesterol around 700 mg/dl 👉LDL cholesterol between 500–600 mg/dL I recently underwent advanced coronary CT angiography imaging with AI-guided analysis. This is not a CAC. It measures all plaque (soft + calcified), with expert interpretation and AI-guided analysis capable of quantifying plaque down to the cubic millimeter (mm3). Now, to address the obvious question: Am I too young for plaque? In brief: No. The clearest comparison is individuals with homozygous familial hypercholesterolemia, who often have similarly extreme LDL/ApoB levels and can develop advanced plaque as toddlers, and even heart attacks as early as age 8. Also, nutrition influencers in their 30s have publicly shared quantified plaque scores from these same imaging technologies. In one recent case, a plant-based influencer in his thirties was found to have 61.3 mm³ of plaque despite having far lower lifetime LDL exposure. (He can identify himself if he so chooses.) My case also isn’t a one-off. There are many individuals like me, including older individuals with similar LDL-C and ApoB without any plaque. The difference is that I’m an unusually well-characterized subject, with extensive metabolic data and health markers tracked over time. You can learn more at the newsletter or open-access paper, linked above. The science of heart health is not settled. And cholesterol is not a simple story. 🚨 If you want to help spread the word... Thanks Dan @theplews1. It may not be total carb load that is important but concentration that is ingested. Gels provide much higher CHO concentration than CHO containing drinks. Also if it’s central brain effect, may require progressively higher concentrations to retain effect.
Dan Plews PhD@theplews1

@ProfTimNoakes @PaulBLaursen Love this. We’ve just had a paper accepted in Sports Med talking about a similar concept. However, if it is a central effect you would think we would see a performance effect with “ultra-high”intakes? We don’t seem to in the few studies that have done so though (e.g. Smith et al)

Dear Mrs Mc Cain. I totally understand you... we live in complicated times and it is scary to be a good parent... Mrs Mc Cain, here is what you asked for - my name is Prof Dr Martin ZIZI, MD-PhD-PhD... I worked on the hantaviruses - and put two posts out these last two days to be didactic, and tell it like it is... in a manner to be understood by the non-specialists This is the most accurate info I can give you... it can be even shocking at times... Here post #1 x.com/MartinZ_uncut/… Here post #2 x.com/MartinZ_uncut/… In the past, I used to be Bed DoD med CSO and I ran a zoonosis sentinel lab for Belgian DoD, one of our research and epidemiological topic were Hantaviruses. We even published NON-classified peer reviewed papers, easy to find. I can confirm one crucial thing - POTUS is totally right to have removed the US from the WHO! PCR gives up to 80% false positive - so we ask once again a "pandemics" of testing with NO care for the eventual sick... So hopefully you realize that I have NO conflict of interest, and that I fought for years with Prof Jay Bhattacharya to keep or bring back common sense here in the US Two key pieces of information for your benefit (but also for everyone) - Hantaviruses are zoonosis hence a vaccine is a NOT an intelligent mass protection policy. It is not even a possible idea, as it would require vaccinating ALL rodents! - On the flip side - Hydroxychloroquine - will (at 400-600 mg /day, for an adult) will BLOCK the entry of the virus inside our cells, hence preventing its reproduction, and mitigating disease and spread. This was published years ago, but is - of course - NOT on the medical label of this medication.. YOU do not need to worry as off-label usage and prescriptions are quite routine in medical treatments You may hence believe us, to avoid being victim of another mass manipulation... YOU can check me on Google Scholar... Some will unleash a storm of falsehoods like no other! Sincerely, Yours, Martin ZIZI
Meghan McCain@MeghanMcCain

Can someone who is an expert in this space just keep it real with me and tell me if I should be worried about Hantavirus or not? I've got 3 kids and the youngest is 4 months old, I don't know what to believe.

The latest unemployment figures provide much more reason for Ramaphosa to resign than Phala Phala. Yet, he has the audacity to say that people who want him to resign are trying to "reverse the renewal of our society". Where is this so-called "renewal" exactly? It evidently exists nowhere other than in the imaginations of Ramaphosa and other political elites.
