@lyft your employee Mick decided instead of picking me up to wait 20 min 6 min down the street hoping I would cancel. From there he headed to me & drove past me & drove 30 minutes away from me just to stop at Best Buy in another city. Never picked me up.This is ridiculous! 0stars
Hey @lyft my driver on Friday drove off with my suitcase and hasn’t responded to multiple attempts to reach him, and your support has been useless. How are you going to reimburse me for my stolen luggage?
@lyft y'all are trash. You have the worse wait times when it comes to stops. Anything can happen and this short ass wait time makes no sense. I openly communicated with my driver just for him to say "it's okay I'm here" and I still get left. Imma need to talk to someone
