Just landed in Perth, Australia from London, on the way to see my son (the Teenager from my blog!) for his 25th birthday. Three nights to get over #MS travelling then on to Melbourne to finally, finally give him a big hug after almost two years away 🤗

Paris Olympics open today!
Even more special as twins @Laviai & @LinaFJNielsen are among Team GB's best Olympic gold medal hopes. Both have MS.
They are running the 4x400m relay. Laviai is also going for gold in the 400m & Lina in the 400m hurdles.

Ocrevus jab approved in England!
People with MS on Ocrevus/ocrelizumab can now have a 10 min injection vs current 4/5 hr hospital infusion.
The injection is just as effective as the infusion, trials have shown.
Over 9,000 ppl in England are on Ocrevus.
