Sorry Fin, but if you think you’re going to have any role in the Mavs front office going forward, we’re going to need a lot more than this. You toed the company line 100% on the Luka trade until now. So if you want the fans to “get the facts right,” what are the “facts”? And what did you do to try to stop the worst trade in sports history? You’re going to have to pull the curtain back and air some dirty laundry if you think fans are ever going to trust your judgement. You’re going to have to throw Nico completely under the bus and come out and say that he acted completely on his own with zero consultation from his advisors. Are you willing to do that? On camera? Nothing short of that will suffice.
