we are driven by our desires.
Some are conscious but mostly it's the subconscious desires which shape our destiny.
when we see inwards we recognise those subconscious thoughts.
Meditation is an activity which forces us to see inwards.
when we know what we're doing, why we're doing, where our heart lies, what our desires are, we become enlightened.
Thus the enlightenment is just the journey from subconscious to conscious, from unknown to known.
Today the world is full of distractions, cheap dopamine, moving ourselves to fruitless action.
Let's pause for two minutes at least to move towards enlightenment.
To see what life really is.
To know our purpose.
Potential of human beings is unlimited. Just like Hanuman ji, we need to recognise our powers.
what better way to look to the source of everything.
