Palestinian prisoner Samer Arabid is trying to obtain a Bible, a request frequently made by Christian prisoners, but it is consistently denied. Israeli prison administration previously rejected another prisoner, Rami Fadail’s repeated requests for a Bible. milhilard.org/cu6l


Christian Resistance in Palestine. During the First Intifada (uprising) 1987-1993, Christian Palestinian towns such as Beit Sahour and Beit Jala near Bethlehem led strong nonviolent resistance movements against the jewish occupation. In response, the occupation imposed a 42-day curfew, cut off food and communications, imprisoned dozens, and confiscated millions in property.
