Well considering I ran a successful business in this hobby that put me through college and have also been here for the full 30 years unlike 99% of people on this app, I’d say I’d know more than the average person. 😂
It’s easy assume that Pokemon is gonna continue pumping the 30th anniversary products for at least a year since they are celebrating the 30th anniversary. And it’s not like these are buried within a set that’s 200+ cards. On top of that, these are ancillary products which Pokémon is 100% printing to max capacity. A ton of these will be ripped and tons of the singles will hit market over the next few months.

The days of buying Pokemon Booster boxes for $90-$100 are long gone.
The market won't "crash", but a new floor will be set.
Being able to walk into a store and buying product without having to worry about scalpers, waiting in the cold, or fighting in the parking lot is a thing of the past unfortunately.

The Pokémon card market will inevitably crash. I don’t know how or why, but likely within a year after the 30th anniversary. This would follow historical trends. With liquidation at its easiest, there will be far less true collectors. People talk about this event now, but will they be around to talk about it when it actually happens? It is inevitable.

Every time someone brings up MSRP vs. Japanese/Chinese prices:
1️⃣ No one can show ENG boxes actually in stock at MSRP
2️⃣ No one can show shops selling JPN/SCN at their supposed “MSRP.”
Reality check: until the market cools off, Japanese/Chinese prices will stay elevated too.

Some people have pointed out that the English box will be $15 msrp. To be fully transparent, I paid $15.97 each. So $4 “profit” before fees and overhead. I could have sold them for $25 like some competitors. I apologize for I guess over charging.

Trying to become monetized isn't necessarily a problem, it's the way so many people have gone about it and how it has toxified this platform (at least that's how I perceived Luke's post). No matter how many you mute, it's like a hydra... Cut off the head, two more spawn. I literally have mutuals that stopped engaging with me when they became monetized...
Like monetization has changed a lot of genuine people in this hobby. And it's even worse for the grifters spamming AI generated content, stolen content, or trying to spam marking pump posts.

I think the people who are mad about twitter paying users for engagement just aren’t monetized yet.. Cause why are we mad about people getting free money from the musk? your body reacts to this extreme dryness in panic mode producing excess mucus to try and compensate. this is why so many people wake up feeling congested with a stuffy nose or a pounding headache but it gets worse; a fan doesn't just blow air it acts as a vacuum for dust and dead skin cells shooting them directly into your sinuses for eight hours straight
the strangest part is taht sleeping with a fan can actually damage your eyes, many people sleep with their eyelids partially open without realizing it, that constant air flow dries out the surface of your cornea all night long leaving you with red and irritated eyes the moment you wake up.

Mega Charizard SIR from Phantasmal Flames is a Grail Card...its the "moonbreon" or "lovebirds" of the Mega Evolution Era.
The card is just simply stunning and a must have for ANY Charizard lover.
The card has seen a rise off the lows of $530, that honestly could have been the bottom. It is still -40% down from it's release price.
Maybe the next floor is in the $600s, maybe it does not reach new lows. There isn't much for people to be to distracted with for upcoming sets. Perfect Order and Chaos Rising are not exactly Destined Rivals esk excitement.
