Just left @Chilis Completely ignored by a server talking to the booth behind us for 10 minutes. They were done with the meal and just chatting. No acknowledgement that we were there. We were the only two couples in the section. Finally we left. Horrible experience!

Lowkey I think I'd rather workout forever and have a stupid bmr like 2500 than be doomed to be scared of a Chili's Triple Dipper for being above my limit for one day

I think if I wanna be at the healthy end goal I wanna be at I have to decide if I hate exercising more than I love food. Because more muscle would increase my bmr a lot and I can eat more things but that means being at the gym consistently. But if I just eat less I can avoid that
