@Swiggy & @Chilis cheated my kids & charged them twice. First by showing payment failure at swiggy. Then after payment was made to chili's refusing 2 refund double payment. Need a resolution. If swiggy-chili's payment chain is broken how is that a customer's fault? @UPI_NPCI
