@pedromueller504 Our clinical data collection totally ignores patient well-being. I would have to wake up stable patients 3x/ night when I worked as a tech. Add on alarms, 4 AM phlebotomy, and late-night meds; pretty un-holistic. Grateful this is being studied

Things the USMLE has done in recent years to make Step 1 worse for medical students:
-making questions longer and more complex
-getting rid of "buzz" words and phrases
-getting rid of content they know is covered in "high yield" resources they know we use
-more multiple-step Qs

IR Procedure Starter Kit Subcutaneous port placement (eg: port-a-cath) is a procedure that involves the placement of an implanted device with the tip positioned at the cavoatrial junction that allows for rapid, recurrent central venous access intermittently for months to years.
