Luke 6:38, Psalm 37:21 The Lord is my God; He blesses me with good health. He keeps me healthy and strong. With long life He satisfies me. Psalm 107:29, Psalm 91:16 The Lord renews my youth like the eagles! I am rejuvenated, refreshed, and strong! • Psalm 103:5 TODAY…. we are remembering and honoring the sovereign power of our God. Nothing is above Him. HE IS THE ANSWER TO IT ALL. Jesus, we plead Your Blood! Jesus, we praise Your name! Jesus, we give You all the honor. @eboigbeanita This is one of the reasons why when the “strong friend” who is always supportive or empathetic towards others breaks down, it’s severe and in some cases fatal. They often don’t have people who are truly safe spaces they can be vulnerable with.

This reminds me of the year I was going through some of the darkest things. I was sharing with a friend and she said, “something is always happening with you.” It changed the chemistry of my vulnerability. Crazy because I am the “strong friend”. God bless everybody o.

Is there a support group for people who love plantain ? I mean for those addicted to it, especially dodo? I can go without eating boiled plantain, but those golden pieces of fried / air fried deliciousness are a problem. Plantain chips are also a delicious problem *sigh*
