@nickercolano @BetMGM 2025 RB usage
I like Jacobs to have a bounce back year. Last year he was cooking before the injury.
Also, its boring but if Javante gets similar usage again he might be up there

English

some season-long lines are up on @BetMGM - a few things that jump out to me on the rushing yards lines:
1. jeremiyah love being near the bottom makes sense to me. they re-signed james conner, brought in tyler allgeier (2-$12M), still have trey benson. the backfield carry split is going to be really messy. its possible they get rid of james conner (trade or surprise cut or even trey benson), but this is a team whose win total is 4.5 and brought in nathaniel hackett to be their offensive coordinator lmao. love will be fine for fantasy, but it wont be as a result of a high-volume carry total
2. bijan & gibbs being so close to JT, king and james cook in pure rushing yards is a simple explanation for why they're the clear 1-2 and in a tier of their own in 2026 drafts. projected for nearly the same rushing totals, but will 2-3x the receiving work of the top 3 guys
3. hard not to like jeanty in klint kubiaks offense. will go from some of the league's worst center play to some of the best (tyler linderbaum), and will have kolton miller back at left tackle

English

WR usage: Tgt/G and RZ tgt/G
Notes:
-ASB (DET)elite targeting overall (9.8 & 1.88/G)
-Rashee (KC) 2.25 RZ T/G!!
-Olave (NO) targeted more per game than CD, JSN!
-Wandale (TEN) is the PPR merchant of our time
-Pickens (DAL) and CD Lamb (DAL) targeting almost identical. But CD goes 17 picks earlier...
-Mike Evans (TB) and Sutton (DEN) had nice usage

2025 WR targets per game x Red Zone targets per game
Lots of people talked about Davantes Adams (LAR) usage in the red zone but look at Rashee Rice's (KC) 👀

@KyleM_FF Even with the injury, his GL rush usage per game was only second to King Henry. His combinatorial usage at GL and in targets per game looked so similar to JTs and thats even surpressed with the injury.
I'm thinking big bounce back with his knee looking better. Great call

I genuinely cannot fathom why Travis Etienne (RB15) is still going within 4 picks of Josh Jacobs (RB15) in Best Ball contests (1/2 PPR scoring)
Jacobs Pre-Injury (Weeks 1-10)
- 67.6 Rushing YPG (RB13)
- 3.8 Targets/G (RB8)
- 18.2 FPG (RB5)
- 17.7 XFP/G (RB4)
Jacobs had the most lucrative goal-line role in the league during this split, earning 100% of the rush attempts inside the 5-yard line (RB1) with a 58.3% TD Rate (RB1)
- The Packers also had one of the worst run-blocking OLs in the league last season (should be moderately improved in 2026)
Travis Etienne (Season-Long Metrics)
- 66.1 Rushing YPG (RB14)
- 4.26 YPC (RB28)
- 3.5% Explosive Run Rate (RB37)
- 2.8 Targets/G (RB20)
- 13.9 FPG (RB13)
6 of Etienne's 13 total touchdowns were on receptions, including 3 in Week 15 when the Jaguars put 48 points on the lowly Jets
- With Alvin Kamara likely remaining on the Saints, and despite his rushing inefficiency in recent years, he still offers pass-catching expertise

@KyleM_FF @FantasyPtsData This spike week series you're doing is really good!
Maybe obvious but this list is basically konami code QBs and QBs that attempt the most passes and/or rushes in the red area

English

QB strategy is a big part of roster construction in Best Ball contests (especially in Superflex drafts), and these charts can help you strategize more effectively
- Here are the total Spike Week performances and Rates for the top QBs in 2025 (per @FantasyPtsData)

English

@TheFFRealist Purdy stays slangin'. Not only that, he throws it in the Red Area at an elite level per game.
He and Stafford really stand out. The Rams basically used RZ shots to Davante as run plays near the endzone

English

@MitchFFData Brock Purdy towards the top end in yards per game.
::Pretends to be shocked::

Jaxson Dart was one of the best playmakers at QB in the NFL right away as a rookie
Jacob Gibbs@jagibbs_23
Fantasy points per dropback on plays with an 'avoided sack' charted, per @FantasyPtsData: 0.98 - Jaxson Dart 0.72 - Josh Allen 0.71 - Justin Herbert 0.69 - Patrick Mahomes 0.69 - Tyler Shough 0.68 - Drake Maye 0.58 - Lamar Jackson 0.43 - Baker Mayfield 0.36 - Joe Burrow 0.29 - Cam Ward 0.22 - Caleb Williams
English

@jagibbs_23 Totally! Also, what makes him such a safe floor candidate as well is his rushing TD upside with his RZ usage.
per Game Josh Allen, Hurtz of course are outstanding
But last year Dart and surprisingly, TLaw's usage in the red area stood out as elite for the position.

English

@MitchFFData I agree with you on downs! I’m a big downs fan. I was a year ahead on him and was calling for him last year. I hope he pops this year I have a ton of stock
English

Every year there are players the fantasy community is too low on… these are my bets to beat their current FantasyPros ECR 👀
QB:
Tyler Shough (QB 20 ECR 118)
RB:
Bhayshul Tuten (RB 25 ECR 70)
Quinshon Judkins (RB 24 ECR 63)
WR:
Emeka Egbuka (WR 24 ECR 47)
Marvin Harrison Jr (WR 30 ECR 65)
TE:
Colston Loveland (TE 3 ECR 43)
Kenyon Sadiq (TE 23 ECR 201)
Situation + talent + opportunity matters more than groupthink rankings.
A few of these guys are going to swing leagues this year. Lock it in now. 🔒
