@northlightwind god i run into that all the time too fhsjdh partner is a gendered word so i go with "partnerperson" for my partner which is always a slight bit awkward and usually people go to assuming a gender based on how they read me :')

@Mossbugmonarch -pronoun switching (especially older people in work related situations etc) i'll just awkwardly mumble the last letter as a way to avoid misgendering as best as i can 😭

that's what i see for italians too, our (unofficial) gender neutral pronouns are still uncommon and don't work too well in spoken language yet so people either use 3rd person plural (less common cause it's also gendered sob) or alternate masculine and feminine as much as possible
