Imagine lecturing a Kashmiri Pandit about history or bravery when his grandfather was dragged out of his home in broad daylight and kidnapped. His family, like hundreds of thousands of others, lived through a genocide and were forced into a mass exodus just to survive. These weren’t warriors defending borders, they were ordinary citizens, normal families, exiled from their own land for the crime of existing as Hindus in Kashmir.
That is the kind of generational trauma Kashmiri Pandits carry. They survived the slaughter, the rapes, the burnings and the ethnic cleansing so that the truth could still reach the world, a truth that many idiots still deny to this day.
So when he says you can’t fight a battle that isn’t fair and that sometimes survival is the only option, he’s speaking from the reality his people have lived through. You’re a legit piece of shit for dismissing his statement as cowardice.
