@SenraSays Because that’s how the league works lol you can prepare dynasty values around expiring contracts, a lot harder to do that for trades and cuts which is why the FA auction is only expiring contracts

@NPowellFF But why should a player who is being released remain with that team?

Have a fantasy league where expiring NFL contract players get put into the FA auction. Players who are released or traded do not go into the FA auction. David Njoku’s contract was set to expire but before it expired they cut him for salary cap reason. Should he be in FA auction?

@ShiftWorkLife The extenuating circumstance being that he was going to be an FA via expiration had the cut not happen. So it’s theoretically different than like the Kyler or Tua cut, they were not expiring contract. (But I do agree with you)

@NPowellFF Someone please explain why he would be a FA. It is black and white from your rules above. He was cut. Everything is in the words "they cut him". If thats the rule and there aren't clauses for exceptions, there really is not an argument.
