Has anybody been getting banned for exploiting for no reason on Fortnite

We're investigating an issue where Reload launches players into a blank space and that players are unable to matchmaking into UEFN experiences. We're working to solve this issue ASAP and will provide more information as we have it.

UEFN matchmaking and the Reload map are working as normal again! We'll continue to monitor our matchmaking services to resolve any further issues.
