@FortniteStatus Has it been fixed how you got banned

We've recently reversed a number of 24-hour matchmaking bans that incorrectly took place in the first day of v33.00's release. Players who were impacted by this should have a confirmation email sent soon notifying them of the ban reversal.

We're investigating an issue where Reload launches players into a blank space and that players are unable to matchmaking into UEFN experiences. We're working to solve this issue ASAP and will provide more information as we have it.

@FortniteStatus the unnecessary bans for some people to that happend yesterday got fully permanent band so can reach out to all us and tell us what’s wrong because this actually getting bad I’ve spent so much money on this game and if I get Perma band I will have no more respect
