How I’m thinking about Nexus this week I messed up the last couple months. I was building without validating demand. I stopped talking to users. I tried to raise without traction. Restarting and doing it right. We’re building a social trading app for prediction markets that aggregates across venues. Here’s what I want to solve: 1⃣ Market discovery is broken. Users want an opinionated feed tailored to what they trade and what they might care about. 2⃣ Prediction markets are driven by information. Most tools focus on execution and assume users already know what to trade. That’s not reality. 3⃣ Conviction is social. People want to validate their thesis by seeing what others are doing. 4⃣ Fragmentation create friction. Multiple venues, multiple accounts, constant bridging. 5⃣ And lastly, the market is bigger than crypto users. Onchain has be invisible. V2 introduces an entirely new trading dynamic. It looks absolutely nothing like our current pro trading terminal. We're breaking down every feature and rethinking how it should work from the ground up. Ultimately, I'm confident we're going to lead the prediction markets trading experience.

A little over two months ago, when I started building our pro trading terminal for Polymarket, I brought over a lot of primitives from the Solana trenches. It felt efficient. It felt familiar. But I was wrong. V2 is what V1 should've been from day one.

Redesigned the database for V2. Now supports multiple venues. Polymarket, Kalshi, and Opinion first.

Over the last two months, I quickly built a pro trading terminal. I talked to users daily and collected a lot of insights. Now we’re working on V2. You heard it here first.

I know dev updates have been fewer. I realized we need more work on building out the team, and I’ve been focused there. Yesterday and today, I’ve been having a lot of healthy discussions with mutuals and potential candidates. My focus is winning on both the technical side and distribution. Updates may look fewer for now, but I’m working hard every day. Many of these discussions are fragile, so it’s difficult to share everything publicly.

Dev Update 61 Today I’m rolling out multi-outcome charts!! I had a lot of fun building this feature, honestly one of my favorites to work on. The colors add a nice pop to the terminal and really bring everything together. It’s also super useful because, as one user put it: "Traders don’t just buy one outcome, they might buy multiple outcomes. Multi-outcome charting will be good!" + Also added a header to the polymarket order book component. ✅ Update is live! Link in my bio.

I’ve been really passionate about building the best prediction market (@polymarket) terminal, and I’m so proud of how far it has come. The project started pretty experimental, but every day I’ve become more ambitious. Now I can’t stop thinking about how big I can take this. I talk to users daily, literally every day. I wake up chatting with users about what I can improve and how I can bring the most value to them. The current version isn’t even close to what I see in my head yet. I’m really excited to see where we are in 3 months... 6 months... and a year from now. I know it’ll look so different. Here is one quote I live by: people overestimate what they can do in a month and underestimate what they can do in a year.

Dev Update 60 Here’s what I did today. I’m still working on improving our charts. I need another hour or two before it’s fully finished, so it won’t make it into this update.
