Don't even dare try to claim that 'transmisogyny' is a made-up word or phenomenon. Any remotely cìspassing trans woman experiences levels of misogyny. Since I'm openly trans on here, there is extra scrutiny placed upon my status as a cìspassing transsexual woman. That's how you get the term 'transmisogyny'. "trans men are men" means only that trans men are the gender we say we are. We are men. It does not mean we have cys male privilege. It does not mean we're oppressors, or uniquely misogynistic. It does not change the fact that we have the highest rates of SA and suicide.
