New paper alert from the Butler lab! We have used pseudotime analyses of scRNA-Seq in vivo and in vitro datasets to examine the lineage trajectories in the developing dorsal spinal cord to identify novel regulators of dorsal neural fates. 🧵journals.biologists.com/dev/article/15…
