Hi @NuffieldHealth recently joined your Tunbridge Wells gym and ive gotta say the quality of the machines in the gym are pretty poor and could do with a over haul.

@NuffieldHealth have been trying to cancel direct debit for personal training. It’s been taken again and no one at Crawley gym returns my emails or calls! Please help me with this

@NuffieldHealth this lasted being fixed around 2 weeks if that. And no call from the area manager following your DM. Disappointing doesn't come close.

@NuffieldHealth Approached numerous times by PT’s and PT Manager for simply going to the gym with my 2 friends who are new to weight lifting and helping them out (as friends do) kept asking if i was aPT & trying to intimidate me forcing me to just leave!Even when i said I wasnt!

@IndHealthPN @NuffieldHealth @davidejfurness @NuffieldHealth Loud music isn’t “wellbeing.” At Edinburgh Chesser the volume/bass is so high instructors shout, and it’s stressful even with noise-cancelling headphones. Please introduce quiet hours and lower bass/volume, many of us exercise for mindfulness + mental health.

A great visit to @NuffieldHealth yesterday which highlighted great work with the NHS. Also some impressive complex work in cardiology. @davidejfurness talks about the highlights, also flagging their work delivering physiotherapy to homeless people - a real social purpose.👏

@NuffieldHealth I love the gym at Stoke Poges. Can something be done to stop the spitting in both the steam room and showers. Male and female, and children peeing in the showers. I imagine it is not great for hygienic reasons.

Thats a very poor show. Walk down to @NuffieldHealth gym Shoreditch only to find the pool closed. No emails sent out to inform clients when that should’ve been the first thing actioned. Same exact thing a month ago with the sauna 🤷🏻‍♂️ Must try harder to deliver to members.

On Thursday I was admitted to @NuffieldHealth Holly Hospital in Buckhurst Hill for hip replacement surgery. From my arrival to discharge yesterday it was truly exemplary. The care and dedication of all staff placing the patient first made this (painful) experience outstanding.

@NuffieldHealth is it possible to introduce a Chair Yoga class for your members please. ? This is becoming a popular class with other gyms and local independent groups. Maybe it would ease the pressure of booking aqua aerobic classes. Nuffield gym Stoke. Thanks.

@NuffieldHealth Can you please let me know which tiers are included for the Wandsworth Southside? Disappointed to learn I can no longer use Paddington near my work when I have done previously, my membership has just gone up by £9 a month so why do I now gain less?

@NuffieldHealth .Hi @NuffieldHealth, given you replied that the part was at the service agent on 11th December 2025, as of January 18th 2026, will the leg press be fixed this year at all or was that a false flag?

@NuffieldHealth the leg press in Cwmbran has been out of use for a month, at least. I'm skeptical about the bit that says "..reassure you that we're doing all we can to get things fixed". Everything that breaks in this place literally takes a month of Sundays to fix.
