@thebestkaymarie @AlbariqiMohd @InternetH0F Sharing your pay is not illegal. It's illegal to fire someone for sharing their pay.
Tf are you smoking?
English

@AlbariqiMohd @InternetH0F Legally not allowed to do this btw sharing your salary is a protected right under Fair Labor Law practice and any disciplinary action taken for sharing pay is literally against the law. What kind of HR specialist are you????? And how do you not know laws 😭
English

@AlbariqiMohd @InternetH0F Ripping off your employees erodes trust between employee and employer and a breach of fundamental principles of being a decent human.
In my personal opinion, go fuck yourself.

From the viewpoint of a seasoned HR specialist: While the calculation mistake is evident and must be corrected internally without delay, the completely overlooked issue is the employee’s sharing of official internal correspondence outside the workplace. Actions like this erode trust between employer and employee and breach fundamental principles of privacy and confidentiality. In my personal opinion, she should undergo a disciplinary review, as this does not reflect the expected level of professional behavior from any staff member.

@InsaneCope Yeah, its not "edgy jokes"
that's his actual thought process.

@p8stie All women should have perfectly shaped, tight fitting vaginal cavities yet, here you are.

@Hitchslap1 Absolutely. When living around idiocy, it overwhelms the conscious thinkers with stupidity.

@StevenFent60063 @Mrgunsngear Potato, potato. You're missing the big picture.
English

@OActuallydead @Mrgunsngear It's called Marxism and it's the threat you should be worried about if you knew enough about it you'd recognize what ice is and how it's the power pulling Trump's strings , but don't worry I know you won't have a choice but to recognize it soon
English

"Mostly peaceful" #NoKings "protesters" in Honolulu beat a reported counter protester dressed as an ICE agent.
At one point he appears to be unconscious and they continue to beat him until he appears to regain consciousness.
Protest accordingly....

@PirateWitch5573 @NancyMace You say, with a rifle in your pfp. Who are you trying to intimidate? What message are you trying to convey?
Yuritarded.
English

@PirateWitch5573 @Mrgunsngear Certainly not what happened.
By your logic, the "protesters" should not have been larping as terrorists and assaulting people exercising their rights.... yuritarded. Goďıɛ
English

@Mrgunsngear Yeah, don't impersonate a cop and try to intimidate people. I ain't mad about this one
English

@StevenFent60063 @Mrgunsngear Okay dumbass.
Lmk how communism works for you.
English

@Mrgunsngear Fucking asking for it , only a retard would put himself in that position , he obviously went there to start shit , no reasonable person would conclude that was going to be a peaceful interaction
Don't start some won't get none 🤣😂

@moonpower1 @AngelMD1103 Son, I hope you were not referring to me… I have almost 50 years in IT. Assembler/Cobol/RPG on an IBM 360 using punch cards in the 70s, to the first PCs, to my current project, an AI based trading platform for FOREX/Crypto.

This got awkward FAST… ⚖️
During a remote court hearing, an IT technician tried to fix an audio issue and casually joked it was a “false alarm.” But the judge didn’t take it lightly at all—he immediately asked to speak to the technician’s supervisor.
What seemed like a small comment quickly turned into a tense moment in court.
Do you think the judge overreacted, or should professionalism be taken that seriously in a setting like this?
