I’m heartbroken to share that our friend Denise Horner passed away this morning.
Denise was one of those rare people who took care of everyone around her without ever making it feel like a burden. She showed love through food, through kindness, and through the incredible infused edibles she baked with so much pride and skill.
She was a true chef, a creative spirit, and a genuinely beautiful human being. She even went out of her way to make special batches just for my son, which is the kind of quiet generosity you never forget.
My heart is with her husband and all who loved her. The world feels a little colder without her warmth in it.
Rest easy, Denise. You fed more than people’s appetites. You fed their souls. 💚
