Doctor 420 Archduke Dankington

So everyone knows the story by this point. I lost my wife in June 2024 and are my grief. I ballooned up to 380 lbs. Last March when I went to physical I had a wakeup call and my doctor put me on Zepbound and as of yesterday I'm down 125 lbs in one year. I'm at 255 lbs with about 15 more to go before I reach my final goal weight. She also decided to take me off Lasix and reduce my blood pressure medicine in half. So I'm finally getting healthy. Weather is turning so we'll be walking again soon. Just need to work on my mental and financial health. Also got some other good news this morning that I hope to share soon. I decided to plug the air conditioners in because I don't think a couple of days will be bad, we went through most of last summer with shit inside them most likely. Anyway, I plugged them in and one of them isn't getting cold. I cannot catch a fucking break. I cannot afford groceries right now let alone a fucking air conditioner. Still haven't heard from CFC, given up on them. I just want one or two weeks where things don't fall apart. Is that too much to ask? Any help would be appreciated.
