昨日、地下鉄に乗ってたら パニック発作が出ちゃって💦 頓服飲んで目を瞑ってみたけどダメで、乗り換え駅で椅子にもたれかかって しばらく呼吸を整えてたんだけど、 涙出てきちゃって。 泣きながら何とか帰ってきたよ😢 大きい発作が久しぶりだったのもあって 自信が無くなってしまった。

@Igarashi5101 From what I see, a lot of the experiences Westerners have with Indians have been generally negative - scammers, rapists, thieves, etc. Plus a lot of ethnic in-group preference - in some western companies, Indian managers only hire other Indians, for example.
