According to Axios; today’s Second Wave of Explosions which targeted Hezbollah Members across Lebanon, by Detonating several Hundred Two-Way Radios used by the Organization, was carried out by Israeli Intelligence Services who had previously Booby-Trapped the Radios similar to yesterday’s Pagers, with the Attack an attempt to Dissuade Hezbollah from Full-Scale War with Israel.
