@0ofq0wfq And referring to OPs videos it's extremely ridiculous to even want a game to be able to claim all the things in that video is unique enough to warrant no other game ever being allowed to use it. Imagine no game ever being able to climb cause Someone else did it first

@7staroth @0ofq0wfq If you want an actual answer it's because simple basic game mechanics are hard to copyright... ui styles, map layouts, animation patterns. And even if you manage it you need the payout to be more beneficial then the cost to actually file and follow through with a lawsuit

Crimson Desert Patch 1.0.3 is out now: Patch Highlights: • Added a storage chest to the camp • Added more Fast Travel points • Reduced health and damage of certain bosses • Increased healing from food • Trees can now be cut down with standard attacks and take less damage • The Visione now equips itself automatically after reading a memory • The horse will now approach the player after being called • Increased responsiveness of the jump • Increased responsiveness of the UI and menus • Reduced difficulty of the Arm Wrestling and Archery minigame • Improved KBM controls • Controller improvements are planned for a future update

#CrimsonDesert patch Version 1.00.03 is rolling out. This patch includes some of the improvements and fixes we were able to prepare first, including changes based on your feedback, like the addition of a Storage at Howling Hill and the beginning of improvements to keyboard and mouse controls.
