To be truthful, South Africans don’t want other Africans in their country, and the truth is that they definitely need to adhere to them. The king is not a real king, he is just a leader of a social gathering, he has not jurisdiction, he doesn't even have power over the people in the meeting, he takes charge of the gathering and settling dispute between parties, and he stands as someone you can go to if you need any information about people in the group.
