@Path4People In real life there is also location (lung vs skin etc) and location (what is common where you practice). Add GMS to that and you have 100% accuracy in telling these 2 apart

@Path4People Years ago, B4 I was a histotech, a recently imported horse from the Dominican Republic, that I was taking care of, develop lumps on his neck. The vet biopsied thinking glanders and was surprised by leishmaniasis.
