@mdevens @axs ridiculous! and i just tried DMing them and it keeps declining it. I'm trying to get a show at red rocks which almost always sells out. I had two tickets in my cart yesterday for presale they ended up only giving me one and now I cant purchase the other.

@axs honestly amazed at how bad your platform and support is. My account has been flagged all day preventing me from buying tickets. 3 support requests, each told me that my account would be unlocked within an hour, it's now been 7 hours and I'm still locked out
