@EGYPTAIR @qatarairways @emirates @flyethiopian Both of them were specially taken care of when using @qatarairways last year. @EGYPTAIR I think I will cancel my return ticket with you as well and use another airline because I find this extremely unacceptable.

@EGYPTAIR Both airline and airport staff have been unhelpful in general and have made both of them walk long distances within the terminals. I think I might cancel their return tickets and use an airline that actually cares for geriatrics. @qatarairways @emirates @flyethiopian

@EGYPTAIR On my recommendation, my mother and 88year old grandmother are currently using your airline to fly to Greece. Got off the phone with them whilst on their layover in Cairo, and have been told that the service to help my grandmother has been extremely poor. Unacceptable

@KC_Runz I have a mate who actually made a good point about improving VAR. He said they should take a page out of cricket and give teams a finite amount of reviews (2 or 3 per team) every game. It’ll actually improve the system.
