@emirates The name on the seat would be Hugo Mesa Garcia, but I, Alicia Garcia , am his mother and sat in that seat the entire flight. The flight number is EK412 (SEQ071) The date of the flight is August 1st at 10:10 am Dubai time and arrived at August 2nd at 7:30 at Sydney Seat n.88B.

@emirates @EmiratesSupport 2 - Rude and inhuman behavior of @emirates Mumbai airport staff particularly the Sr staff. Denied comfort seating after 2 sleepless nights, and lost bagage on arrival, landing 12.5 hrs late, reaching my hotel ~14 hrs late. Formal complaint filed, Still awaiting. @EmiratesSupport

Paid over INR 1,12,997 to fly Emirates @emirates from Mum to CPH on 21 July. Result: unattended check-in, a delay staff knew about but didn't disclose until I'd missed my connection, denied hotel/rebooking in Dubai, a 2nd missed connection in Istanbul @EmiratesSupport

@emirates I fly with Emirates for the first time on Thursday. Ncl to BKK. A 20 hour journey. I’ve noticed my connection in Dubai is always delayed! Ek0376. I’m disabled and this is going to turn my trip into 24hours plus! I normally use Qatar and had no issues. Is there a reason?

@emirates Forget about the passengers, business/ first class crew behave horribly with economy class crew. They act like Economy crew will steal somthing from business/first class. lol
