I ask again, what is the benefit of having Godswill Akpabio as the senate president for the people of Akwaibom and the entire south south??? we own the oil that enriches the coffers but greatly underdeveloped. All the major oil companies have their head offices in Lagos and pays tax there while. why do we have people in power if they are completely useless to us??

Unlike now the likes of Wike and co are displaying rascality with impunity and get away with it, it would have amounted to anti party activities and would have led to his suspension or expulsion. He did what an honorable man is expected to do and further cited national assignment as his reasons for resigning from APGA. He was selected to be part of GEJ cabinet and he was in the opposition. Now fast forward to 2023, he ran solely and everyone felt his wave and impact and ever since then, Nigeria’s politics never remained the same. Deep down, I’m sure you know the truth within your heart that PO is an outstanding politician. The establishment knew this and don’t want him on the ballot come 2027. Follow these events without any bias mind and tell me what you would have done differently if you’re PO. Read up about LP internal crises and the role PO played through court to resolve it. Then ask why INEC refused to honour court definitive verdict on the issues in Labour Party until PO left the party. Like I said, approach these events with open mind and understand the man has been the target and is being targeted with state agencies and institutions haba. For a man who is not in any position just like you and I.

Sign of trouble for APGA, you run. Wahala never start for PDP, you run. Labour faces the perturbations of becoming a mainstream party, you run. ADC advancing toward its primaries, you run. But somehow, you have the capacity to save Nigeria from its century old challenges. Whoever believes you should be certified dumb, dumbo, obidient. Or dumbest.

1. The opposition leaders met and decided to present a single candidate to challenge Bola Tinubu in 2027. 2. Peter Obi became frustrated with this decision. 3. Peter Obi ceased all engagement with coalition activities. 4. While opposition leaders were making efforts to rescue the ADC, Peter Obi's camp was busy discussing a "Plan B" and attacking the coalition leadership. 5. When the Supreme Court restored Senator David Mark’s leadership, Peter Obi and his supporters were left frustrated. 6. Why would Peter Obi oppose the opposition's strategy to rescue Nigeria from Bola Tinubu and the APC by fielding a single candidate in 2027? 7. Why does Peter Obi seem to enjoy the internal sabotage within the ADC, yet become frustrated when the party succeeds? 8. Why is Peter Obi against moves to remove Tinubu, and why is he working to divide the opposition in favor of Bola Tinubu for 2027? 9. How can Peter Obi convince Nigerians that he is not actually working for Bola Tinubu and the APC?

Peter Obi's greatest weakness is the lack of strategic thinkers in his team. He's got emotional Teletubbies whose strength is their ability to react to phenomena before they think. I must assume they think. If they had the remotest ability for scenario planning; 1. They'd have done everything to build the Labour Party into a stronger force. They had all the leverage. They somehow filtered off that leverage. They lifted that party into a force but never had control over the heart of the party. 2. When leaving the Labour Party, it should have been clear to even the barest of thinkers that he'd stand no chance in a coalition against Atiku Abubakar. They somehow assumed that David Mark, Atiku himself, Aregbesola, Rotimi Amaechi and the likes gathered themselves into a coalition just so they can hand Peter Obi a presidential ticket. In any political battle, your best case scenario is to find yourself against a group of people who can't think past the moment. They have zero ability for second or multiple order thinking. All along, they were the weakness in the coalition.
