Whether you like Sam or OpenAI or not I still only use ChatGPT cause the iOS and MacOS and web app is just the best It has the most features, like upload images, docs, even spreadsheets It "just" works and well and is reliable Claude's app is ugly, the font is offensive Other platform ambigous LLM apps aren't as good as ChatGPT's app My mom and dad now know what ChatGPT is, my dad uses ChatGPT all day, they have no idea what an LLM or Claude is, for them ChatGPT == AI It keeps becoming more clear with time moat in AI isn't in the models necessarily My app Photo AI uses lots of public AI models and puts them together in a user friendly interface You could do everything you can do on Photo AI with separate models on other platforms, probably cheaper, but people don't care: 3000 customers pay me $120,000/month for ease of use The moat in AI is in a great easy user experience and brand awareness I think
