You don’t know it is his dna. She originally said it happened in 1994 but after fact checkers said it wasn’t release back the she change her story to 1996. The DNA was of an unidentified male. Trump initially refuse but later agreed with the condition that they release missing pages from that report. The judge is the one that blocked DNA from being present at trial stating discovery was long over. Why do you think the full report was not disclosed in the first place?

Jurors were bound by NY's narrow (and outdated) rape defn which has since been updated. Today, Trump's assault on Jean would fall under the defn of rape in NY, too

Judge did not “clarify”. His stated an opinion that it was substantially true. His opinion carries no weight which is why George Stephanopoulos and ABC were sued for saying Trump raped her and they settled for $15 million despite quoting Judge Kaplan. If it were true they would not have settled.

He was not convicted of rape. The jury specifically found he did not rape her. The woman loved the apprentice show, never pursued any claim and New York had to change a law to even allow her to sue. Convicted felon also relied on corruption. Claiming a pay off was a campaign finance violation because it was paid to help cover another crime that was never named. The DA corruptly used this law to allow for even a prosecution when the statute of limitations had expired. He is not named in the Epstein files as a profile. What you refer to are calls into a tip line and they were never pursued as true even by the Biden Administration. The Biden administration corruptly colluded with state prosecutors to go after Trump and even they could not tie him to Epstein.
