Much has been optimized, or at least improved, in modern baseball. But there's still some lower-hanging fruit: like optimizing the workloads and usage of a college pitching staff. @drivelinebb can help with that. Let's explore: drivelinebaseball.com/2026/03/how-wo…

One of the biggest separators in player development has nothing to do with exit velocity, spin rate, or 60 times. It’s the parents. The families who win long term are the ones who understand this is a process — not a weekend tournament, not a bad game, not a tough stretch in February. They don’t flinch. They don’t panic. They don’t chase every new voice on social media or what another parent told them. They commit to a system. They zoom out. They play the long game. The reactive parent rides the emotional roller coaster — great game = we’re on track… bad game = something is broken. That mindset leads to constant change, constant doubt, and stalled development. The right mindset is different. It’s patient. It’s steady. It’s developmental. It understands that strength takes time. Mechanics take reps. Confidence takes earned success. And real growth usually looks messy before it looks dominant. The players who reach the highest levels almost always have parents who: • Value physical development • Stay consistent • Keep perspective If you want long-term success, start with long-term thinking. Development is not reactive. It’s intentional. Choose a Side #kpicrew

You shouldn’t hire the trainers I listed based on their roster of high level and pro athletes. Yes, many of us have and still work with D1 athletes and pros, but you should hire us based on our experience with TRAINING KIDS and our ability to write individualized programs, connect with your athlete, and actually TEACH them. Can we COACH an awkward 13-year-old during her growth spurt how to LAND and DECELERATE properly without falling over and knees caving in? Let alone, make her REDO her reps with the proper cues so she responds with crisp technique? Can we write a program for a 12-year-old girl who has Osgood Schlatter and needs very targeted exercises for her knee pain to be resolved? Can we write a program that is dosed properly for a 14 year old in-season ECNL player who practices 4x a week so she is not overusing? Can we inspire nutrition behavior change in your teenage girl? Can we motivate them to LOVE strength training for a lifetime? ericasuter.com/best-youth-ath…

On velocity and pitching: “There’s this hyper focus on the association between Driveline and velocity,” Breslow said. “If you take a step back and just think about Driveline as a methodology, then you have a chance to impact all aspects of the game.” masslive.com/redsox/2026/02…
