People with ADHD have what’s called Rejection Sensitive Dysphoria (RSD). It’s an extreme emotional response to perceived criticism or rejection. Your brain can’t regulate the emotional pain, so a small comment feels like a devastating attack. A minor correction feels like total failure. Someone’s tone feels like hatred. It’s not oversensitivity. It’s not being dramatic. Your brain literally can’t modulate the intensity of that emotional response. It’s neurological, not a character flaw

Gentle reminder: Just because you didn't get selected doesn't mean it's because of something you did 💜 Every year, more and more Professors apply for an event that just has limited amount of spots available, and it might feel unfair but. Its. Not. Your. Fault.

@spacedaddygang Muting and blocking does not seem to stop people from publicly harassing somebody, which causes a ripple effect of people harassing the targeted persons, sadly. It's a shame you don't see bullying as a form of harassment, as it is just as impactful.

@ProfessorLinnie So mute or block them? It’s scary you’re a judge with the mindset of people facing immediate consequences cuz your feelings are hurt. Also bullying or speaking up does not equal harassment. If you provide more context it could change but

@Serenade808 Eh. I don't have to raise a point, as a lot of people are already making statements, complaints and situations, which I do and/or do not condone. The fact that people feel it's necessary to threaten and insult without even thinking of the impact of it is just sad.
