It's been 56 days since I started building my brand on X But in this short period, I've been able to: → Build an engaged community → Get 68.8k impressions on my posts → Gain daily followers without follow-for-follow How? I was able to achieve this through my : → Story and personality → Valuable content → Strategic replies Firstly, I started by dishing out valuable content and observing some reply guys in my niche. Analyzing their response and understanding their tone. Started responding to posts, focusing on trending topics and insightful content. I kept my replies : → Witty → Concise → And engaging As I gained experience, I developed my unique style and voice focusing on being : → Authentic → Humorous → Thought-provoking My replies started getting likes, shares and comments. Being an active reply guy has helped me : → Build connection & relationships with founders and top creators → Attract a larger audience & gain authority → Build trust with my audience Are you a founder, CEO or influencer and you lack the time to build an active online presence and engage with your community But you need help in crafting replies that : → Attracts potential investors → Positions you as a thought leader → Builds trust & connection with your audience Send a DM let's collaborate I am Promise The Reply Guy that delivers as promised.

I had to delete my content for this week. Everything was ready to go... but after looking closely, I realised it doesn't quite align with my personal brand. So my advice for you today : don't be afraid to start over.

@mamellositase The truth is that If you're still starting, you need all of them but if you've already built some then you need to pick the one you're lagging at.

This is why you're stuck: → No personal brand → Chasing vanity metrics → Zero expert positioning → No authority in your niche → Making unauthentic replies → Writing your content with AI → Not showing up consistently Fix this & watch yourself grow every day.

@PromiseJr_ Once people learn that speaking up creates risk instead of opportunity, they start protecting themselves instead of contributing fully.

Most organizations don’t lack ideas. They punish the people who suggest them. Leaders say “think big” but reward predictability. Eventually smart employees stop risking status. Innovation dies long before talent leaves.

Wake up. Quick piss. Stare at Sun. Chug water. Sit at desk. Caffeine and nic. Rave music. Deep work for 4 hours. This is the best morning routine. And no one can tell me otherwise.

Your contents are not bad, the structure is off. I’ve seen good ideas get ignored just because the post structure was bad. On CT people don’t read slowly. They scroll fast and decide in seconds if they care. Maybe: - Your point comes too late. - Too many things in one post. - It makes sense in your head but not on the TL. I noticed posts do better when you keep things simple. You have one idea, written clearly and understood in the second line. One structure problem could be posting thoughts instead of posting points/tips. “Consistency is key” = wrong “I make 2 posts daily, I make around 100+ replies to small accounts so it gives me reach to a wider audience” = you are making sense now. You don’t need to find newer topics Just write in a way people can read fast and get the point. Fix your structure (how you communicate your ideas) and you have better contents. Be honest: When your post flops, do you think it’s the idea or the way you wrote it?

From a mile away, I can spot a page handled by a social media manager The content is so predictable - Perfect punctuation - Perfect grammar - Perfect formatting - Generic meme posts every friday - Community engagement post on Saturday.. lmao - On Monday: “Happy new, let's crush this week” - Posts a content to seek validation then ends with: “Do you agree?” 0 personality 0 raw opinions Everything's so polished it feels like Chatgpt’s handwork No room to be flexible No room to say what you actually think Just safe content Why ? Because SM managers are hired to follow brand guidelines They're taught to: - Post consistently - Avoid controversy - Stay on-brand (that's boring buddy) - Get numerous approvals before posting & it must have lost its depth before getting to the TL Listen friend.. A founder-led content should: - Be raw & unfiltered - Be authoritative - Sound like a human - Have opinions - Be willing to piss people off (just like what you're reading rn) - Get remembered That's why founders who post themselves or get super good ghostwriters/co-writers get 10x more results than their SM manager ever could

2 things you need to win in web3 1. A “well-positioned” personal brand - Makes people come to you instead of you chasing them 2. Relationships/connections Just one is enough to open doors for you Even with your skills, you'll be stuck if you don't have any No.1 is easier & more sustainable

in web3, skills is important to land a high paying job but if the team will have to pick > skilled person > skilled person with an active brand they will choose the skilled with a brand all day lesson? build your brand

See? Turns out I’m not the only one who thinks I’m building things right. That’s the thing about brand perception You can feel like you’re doing it right. But the real confirmation comes from what people say when they’re just… talking. Not in a review or in a testimonial. But in random comments on random days That’s when you know it’s working. I’ve been getting so many comments like this and mentioned in the right conversations 🥹🥹 So, if you’re a Web3 founder and nobody’s saying this kind of thing about your account yet Dm me let’s fix it!!
