It really isn't the community's job to subsidize people going to conventions, nor is GFM really a platform meant for this sort of thing. I don't have a problem with people going to cons, but they should find ways to go to them that don't involve GFM and asking people for money.

@astralsflame I totally get it, friend. I don't do content creation myself (thought about getting into it, but for Warhammer 40k)...but I do get burnt out on stuff. There's nothing wrong with taking breaks from things even if they're extended breaks.

If you're playing a game for entertainment, it's absolutely about what "feels" better, because if you have too many FeelsBad (tm) moments, then you're just not going to play. Also...regarding Badgermole Cub + removal...this is more of a problem with Cub existing than mana.

I disagree with this. I would rather have had the chance to cast all of my shit than die with cards in hand that I would have LOVED to cast if only I had the resources to do so. Automatic/incremental resources systems feel so much better than what MTG does and always have.

Odd/Evens is the same with 1 or 2 dice. Highroll is fine but wastes time ?% of the time. Calling a judge because you can't choose a randomized way of choosing who goes first is cringe. We're (mostly) all adults here guys can we please just play magic.
