I’m intrigued how other teams start to handle this for the rest of the season - do their own huddle AROUND Chelsea’s, pull down a few of their shorts (playground style), stand near them chanting “circle jerks”, stand the entire team on the halfway line before Chelsea get there!!

At some point, senior Premier League execs have to offer a proper explanation in public for their leniency towards Chelsea. They owe an explanation to fans of clubs punished more harshly. They owe an explanation to those clubs who did abide by the rules. They have to offer some explanation as to why PSR breaches are deemed far more serious than acts of "deception and concealment". Yes, these are the offences of a previous regime at Chelsea. But inconsistencies run through the PL's defence and their reputation is damaged. They can’t hide from a controversy of this magnitude.

Dear fellow Villa fans, after a few days in not my best mood and mainly due to bad health I would like to share with you a simple message: we need you in this crucial week. Maybe we don’t deserve to ask nothing but we need each other. Time to reset and go ahead. We must carry on with criticism when we don’t do well. It’s natural. We take the responsibility. We’re not perfects. But our players and staff deserve the full respect and support. And we must be resilient to change the people’s mood trough facts. Difference between a drama club and a stable and strong club is that when results are not good (and it happens to everyone no matter who), instead to have people that choose to point and blame each other, instead to set fire to everyone and everything, we have people looking for the solutions and staying together. And we will be good, UTV!!! PD: this picture- very special - in the wall of my office gives me the motivation and an everyday reminder, it is the proof of what we are able to do. Some personal news ⤵️ This week I have been diagnosed with Myelofibrosis (MF) which is a rare, slow-growing chronic blood cancer. I am not quite sure what that means yet, and what the next steps are. It’s unlike me to bring anything personal to this page but I thought it’s worth saying something as my interactions on here may be put on the back burner from time to time including streaming. If anyone has been diagnosed with MPN or MF and has any advice for me I would be grateful to hear it. Cheers, Dale 💜

@ghartless Exactly this - the club does very well at feeling sorry for themselves (SCR/PSR, Emi wants to leave etc.) How about taking some accountability and getting yourself fired up for an important match and realise we still have the influence over how our season ends

Not sure if it's simply lost in translation but the use of the word sad stands out for me. Right now they look like a group moping around feeling sorry for themselves. I want them fired up and angry at themselves for risking their good work going to waste.
