Your app doesn’t work. I just subscribed and submitted my first receipt and it’s no where to be found on my account. I’m on the phone with your customer support and they have no idea. I’m an engineer and I have a lot of family that works for the government and are lawyers. We will come after you for selling us a product that doesn’t work! Please get this fixed asap and I don’t want to hear oh send us a message or a customer support will call you!

@QBCares I’ve been contacting QB payroll support in the USA regarding some amendments which QB did which were wrong. I’ve asked for these to be correct and have had no response !! This is becoming a huge issue

Hey @QuickBooks your new online design is awful. To get to the "Bills" page I have to click out of 4 things I don't want, that you're pushing me to try. It's delaying the page loading by seconds. I just want to see what I owe not try your AI. This is awful UX

@QuickBooks why force us into AI, when your basic functions seem to be less and less useful? For instance, I have now deleted memorized functions, as it only leads to duplicates, as it cannot seem to match them. Less and less functionality, changes just for the sake of change.

@QuickBooks Everything related to you, "Intuit Intelligence" is a nightmare, a bunch of recommendations not required, you can't turn this off. The usable UI is reduced to less than 50% of the screen for your non-requested recommendation and additional menus, which makes no sense.
